Privacy and compliance
Therapists must first obtain informed consent from their clients before using Therapartners. Clients need to agree to the recording of the sessions and the uploading of these recordings to Therapartners for transcription. Once the transcription is genereated, the original recording files will be deleted. The transcriptions will then be used for generating case summaries and transcript analysis. Before obtaining informed consent, therapists must clearly inform their clients about the purpose and context of the recordings. Therapists can use their own consent forms or the consent form templates provided by Therapartners.

How Counseling Recordings Will Be Utilized
Upon authorization, session recordings will be used by therapists as case studies. This material will be used for supervision and further analysis to enhance therapists’ professional skills and improve the effectiveness of therapy.
